Every sweet box we produce uses food-grade certified materials. Our kappa board is sourced from certified suppliers and our inks meet food-safety requirements — free from heavy metals and solvents that would be inappropriate for direct or indirect food contact.
The printed wrap on kappa boxes is SBS (Solid Bleached Sulphate) 300–350 GSM, giving you a bright white surface for sharp offset reproduction. Our folding cartons use the same SBS 300 GSM board — the same material used by leading confectionery brands across India.
Diwali orders: plan 6–8 weeks ahead.
Diwali falls in October. Factor in 10–12 days for production, 3–4 days for delivery, and a buffer for peak-season surprises, and you need your order placed by late September at the absolute latest.
Experienced buyers order 6–8 weeks before Diwali. That's mid-August to early September. If you're ordering kappa boxes with foil and emboss, add an extra week for finishing setup.
The same logic applies to wedding season (November–February). Don't be the shop that runs out of premium gifting boxes in peak season.
